If you're a fan of Kevin Smith and are looking for something extra to give thanks for this Thanksgiving, then you're in luck. His latest film Yoga Hosers is set for a November 22 release on DVD and Blu-ray Combo Pack from Invincible Pictures.

Yoga Hosers debuted in theaters last week with a special Fathom event that included an introduction from the filmmaker and is currently enjoying a limited theatrical run in the United States. Billed as a female take on Strange Brew, Yoga Hosers follows the exploits of yoga enthusiasts Colleen Collette and Colleen McKenzie who must battle the Nazi bratwurst demons that stand in the way of them going to a party.

The Colleens are strong female characters from the guy who popularized the term "poopy trim," but Yoga Hosers is unlike previous Kevin Smith films in that it is squarely targeted at tween girls. Yoga Hosers is a fun ride for the whole family that is imbued with extra enjoyment for fans of his podcasts, and yet, the film stands on its own as an homage to the John Hughes films that littered my own coming of age.

Sure, the film is hokie and not to be taken too seriously, but is it that much different than say Weird Science where two horny dudes put bras on their heads and created a nubile flesh-and-blood woman from a doll with the assistance of their computer?

Yoga Hosers is the second film in Kevin Smith's True North Trilogy that includes Tusk and the upcoming Moose Jaws. It reteams the filmmaker with Johnny Depp, who once again brings legendary manhunter Guy Lapointe to life. Their daughters Harley Quinn Smith and Lily-Rose Depp also reprise their roles from Tusk as the two Eh-2-Zed clerks with their noses buried deep in their cellphones.

The DVD will carry a SRP of $24.98 and the Blu-ray Combo Pack will retail for $29.98. Both versions will also include a digital copy of the film. The Blu-ray Combo Pack will include the usual Kevin Smith-level of bonus features that we have come to expect from his home entertainment releases, but the details are still being finalized. We will have the bonus feature information as soon as it becomes available. The film will be available digitally exclusively on FlixFling on September 20.
